The sides
This agreement on the terms of use of Owner.com is between "Bycent Technology Inc." (to be called "Owner") and the customer (to be called "Customer") who will use or upload their data to www.milkiile.com to benefit from the services offered on the portal. A customer using our portal is deemed to have agreed to be bound by the terms set forth in this agreement ('Agreement').
The owner reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement without consulting the customer and posting on this site. If the Owner deems it necessary to notify the Customer of a change to the Agreement, we will notify the Customer by email.
If the Customer continues to use the portal or other services provided by the Owner after the effective date of the modification, the Customer will be deemed to have accepted the updated Agreement. In the event that the customer does not agree to the modification of the agreement, the customer should not continue to use the portal and the services under it.

Portal : The term "portal" refers to the website www.milkiile.com and the Mobile App and all services under it.
Client : The person using the portal.
Account owner: The person who opens an account on the portal and accepts all the terms of the personal data .
Personal Account : It is an account opened by an individual on the portal.
Business Account : It is a business account opened on the portal.
Customer Service.com
- Owner.com is a marketplace that brings together sellers and buyers where both individuals and companies can advertise. The owner is not a broker between the parties to the transaction, they are independent and the owner does not charge any fees to either party. Therefore, the goods and property advertised as Owner are not owned by us but are owned by the people who posted the advertisement, anyone who needs it can contact them. Buyers are solely responsible for what they purchase.
- The owner makes it easy for the customer's advertisement to enter the portal to reach the interested customers.
If you use our services, you accept it
Use of the Service
- To use our services you must be over 15 years of age. If you are found to be under 15 years of age your account may be suspended.
- If someone other than you uses your account, you are responsible for any errors that person makes.
- In order to use our services you must not be a person who has been previously banned or restricted from using the services of Owner.com.
- If you use our services, you agree that you will not use our portal to violate the laws of the country and the rules of our portal. You may not use the Owner to attack other people and harass customers. If other customers file a claim against your account and you are found guilty, your account will be suspended or permanently closed.
- Any crimes committed by the customer and any consequences that may result from any illegal activities that he does while using the portal will not remove any responsibility from the Owner and the responsibility will be taken by the customer.
- The customer is responsible for the correctness of the advertisement information and any information that the customer publishes on the portal, and the owner will not guarantee the accuracy of the information published on the portal, and the owner hereby declares that the loss resulting from the advertisements published on the portal cannot be followed. will not pay any compensation.
- Do not try to harm our portal in any way and at any time.
- If you see wrong action, incorrect information, falsehood or misleading other customers or you think it may cause problems to the public, please share with us so that we can take action.
- The customer agrees that the information contained in the portal such as texts, images, videos, documents and others may not be reproduced, disseminated, sold, traded or used in an illegal manner.
- The customer hereby agrees that he will not do anything that may harm the dignity of other customers, may cause discrimination, racism, race, religion, caste (or place of origin), color, political opinion, language, property and so on.
- If requested, the customer must be able to provide documentation showing that he owns, is responsible for, or has permission for the goods or property entered by the Owner.
- You are not allowed to hide or change the logo of the product you are advertising in order to break the rules of unauthorized products or to upload products to which you do not own the rights.
- You are not and will not be permitted to use our services in a manner other than that for which they were designed.
- You may not use our portal to advertise the same or similar services that the Owner provides to its customers.
- You may not use the portal to submit, false, false, abusive, threatening, defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, indecent or offensive information to others.
- You may not upload to the portal any information that contains viruses or contains negative information that may cause problems for the portal and customers.
- You are not allowed to encourage other customers to do bad things.
Account
A customer must open an account on our portal if he wants to sell or buy something or to make contact with other customers. If a customer violates our rules or is found to have opened an account with false information or if asked to submit the required documents to verify their account, it may result in suspension or complete closure of their account.
Account redemption rules
Only adults over 15 years of age can open an account on the portal. Also, the person opening the account must not be a person whose account has been suspended or blocked.
Anyone who is found to have created a new account with another e-mail address and whose account has already been suspended or blocked, will have their new account blocked.
Other account redemption rules
- The customer must open the account with his correct information and if necessary the accuracy of the customer information can be checked.
- A customer should not create more than one account
- The customer must not open the account to harass other people or commit illegal actions.
- The customer is responsible for the advertising and activity that occurs in his account.
- It is the customer's responsibility to keep their account information secure and not share it with anyone else.
- Your account may not be used by anyone else and you are responsible for any consequences that may arise.
Input
You can advertise your products and properties on Owner using the free service without paying any fees. You must ensure that you do not upload unauthorized content or engage in prohibited practices .
If you agree with the buyer of the product you are selling, you can send the buyer the address of the place where you will meet, provided you do not have a place of business to come to. The method of payment is to be agreed between you and the buyer and the owner is not a party to the purchase and does not guarantee a refund or return of goods in the event of an incident. Since the Owner is not involved in the transaction of this type, it is not responsible and cannot be held responsible for any errors that occur.
Service charges
Using Owner is 100% free, you can use it anytime and anywhere. As an owner you can upload in one of two ways. Free mode and paid mode.
The Owner will provide the Customer with a monthly free Credit that will enable the Customer to advertise on the Portal free of charge. There is also a payment option where if you run out of free credit and want to place another ad you can purchase it.
Also the customer has to buy new Credit to increase his advertisement and reach more people. All Credits purchased through the portal are non-refundable and the customer must accept that they will not be refunded if used or not used UNLESS YOU CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT AND AGREE THAT YOU CANNOT OPEN ANOTHER ACCOUNT FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR.
Also, any Credit purchased will be valid for 365 days. Any Credit purchased by the Customer must be used within this period. Expired and unused credit is non-refundable.

Identity Verification
The owner has a customer verification service designed to enhance the security of the portal and reduce potential fraud. A customer who submits his information and verifies his identity or the existence of his company will be given a blue logo icon and other customers will know that this person or company is correct.
CUSTOMERS GIVEN THE BLUE MARK ONLY INDICATES THAT THEY HAVE SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS PROVING THEIR IDENTITY BUT DOES NOT MEAN THAT WE HAVE DONE A CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION OR CHECKED THEIR PAST ACTIONS.
